Yes it would be possible, especially if you use the evade candy and +15 your evade mastery. However, you would need evade talents and AT on and you would be losing dps. In pvp most classes like SS (100% bow) and mages (pvp fruit, magic high hit rate) can hit though high evade. You would be better off forcing more on damage reduction. For pve, evade is good if you plan to solo acv, but make sure it's balance will good dps as well.

no need of candy lol my friend had 207 ish i think just base evade e.e
