Are there any quests that give bellflower seeds as part of the rewards?
And while I'm at it, what's the easiest way to get all kinds of seeds? The only one I know of is North and South Dippers for lantern plants. Are there any more?

Assisting in "Three People, Three Ideas" and getting S (will be rewarded as A for those who didn't already have the quest) will get you 4 Willow Seeds. Found that out after assisting in the quest twice. I'm pretty sure actually having the quest and getting S gets you more, but I have to test that.
P.S. Checked the wiki for confirmation on the name, and the quest rewards lists all seriously need updates.
