every now and then why am i always disconnected every 30 mins?? wew

When you were disconnected, did it crash to your desktop or to a plain black screen?

Twice I was disconnected to a plain black screen. Both times exactly the same, the computer still running but I couldn't Ctrl Alt Del out. I couldn't launch Windows using the keyboard link either. So both times, I had to button my computer off & reboot.

getting the same issue with disconnect...
sometimes - dc in 5 min, more often in 1-2 min
