Didnt transfer

I got message from aeria say it was in process days ago soon to be a week. And what happened do i redownload the game or what. This was very depressing when i figured out it wasnt working Sad

Just so I understand what's happening.

  1. You updated Pirate Madden.
  2. Your account information/data was missing after the update.
  3. You sent in an email to mobilehelp@aeriagames.com
  4. You received a reply from the Mobile Team stating your account was restored?
  5. Do you still have Pirate Maiden on your device?
  6. What is your device that you use to play Pirate Maiden?
  7. What is your in game name, the account that is missing.

Please answer the above and I'll do my best to help you have the issue resolved.

Can you please tell us what your new character name is? We couldn't locate the one you gave us previously that's why the transfer hasn't been completed.

Soooooo next monday

Do i have to do somthing or is it next monday because it has been just about 3weeks since i tryed recovering. Do i redown load the app, not open it or what?
