Emberglen - Bug?

no item reward from bosses

I've completed 1-3 Quests in the Emberglen Area and the Quest 2 and 3 bosses did not drop any items. Would like a confirmation that this is intentional and not a bug.

I don't remember which quests but I ran into 2-3 quests that didn't offer anything besides experience and silver at the end. I thought it was intentional. I'm fine with it since the amount of silver earned from Emberglen for the amount of energy we are spending is at a pretty good rate.

I'm at quest 8, and got only 2 drop from boss =(

I'm at quest 10 and so far I only got 1 imp tail...
