End Game Stats/Build

Endgame Stats
So I tested 3 shadowmages to 30. 1 with full int. 1 splitting int.wis.con and 1 wisx3/conx1.

To the best of my knowledge int doesnt affect shadow damage at all, meaning our poisons/aoes. The only thing that seemed to affect it was weapon. So that being said I am of the belief that ignoring int for more mana regen and hps is the way to go. I would love more input on this if you think im wrong or have suggestions.

I agree with you. It's true that intelligence will increase your magic attack which will increase your healing ability. IMO the scaling is too low to be viable/worth it. So I think CON/WIS combo is best.

Hi. I'm new to DK Online and I haven't participated in CBT. So what do you suggest in stats for Shadowmage in Int/Wis/Con format? Thanks. Any tips for a starting Shadowmage like me? Does it deal DPS more than the Sorceress? Any other help you can give me? Thanks.

Well as far as my testing in closed beta and the 1 hour i got in open beta which i got to level 16, intelligence is useless for a poison build. All it does is increast the initial burst damage for the 1st landing tick but does not affect any of the following ticks. I saved up many points and tried on the same like mobs. Tried adding 1 int, 2 and 3 at once..not one lick of more damage on the ticks. So in my opinion for the best poison build go wisdom and con. The ratio is up to you. but personally in beta i loved about a 3/2 mix. Gave me lots of mana and mana regen and plenty of defense and hps.

Changed Wilding aspect to increase speed based on level
Decreased Aspect of the Wild cool down to 10 minutes, down from 45 minutes
Increased Heal effect based on level
Decreased Heal cool down to 3 seconds, down from 4 seconds



Wouldn't this mean that poison damage now scales with int?

Regeneration out of combat is how fast your hp regenerates when you are not in combat.

like i said i tested it in the 1 hour i had in open beta last night, int which coralates to matk did not increase Tick damage on the aoes, just the initial hit from it. and aoes almost never crit, maybe 1% if that ive seen. So overall the only thing that really amps up the aoe damage is weapon and level
