I went to make a purchase in Shaiya AP mall today. My current Balance should be 625 AP (this is the amount shown when I go to the Buy AP section). But when I go to make the purchase of an item using the AP I have in my account, the AP Balance at the top says "Error" and the Balance in the Item mall shows at -1. As I have not made a recent AP purchase (last purchase was over 7 days ago) and the AP was in my account last night, I am not sure why it is now unavailable. Anyone know how to fix this without waiting 10+ days for my ticket to be answered?
