PURCHASED AP AND DIDNT RECEIVE!

Using onebip, I have purchased 2x 785 Aeria Points. Clearly the money has been deducted from my mobile, but no ap has been received on both occasions, the red bar just stops on "Waiting for transfer confirmation". I have also sent a ticket, I need urgent help. This costs money and money doesn't grow on trees.

Sorry to hear that but you'll just have to wait for a ticket response. :c It usually only takes up to 3 days.

Well the item I wanted to spend the AP might be sold out by then. Also, the promotion(tiered event) might also be over. I need a quicker response.

its takes up to 48 hours but most of the time u get a answer under 24 hours
