If possible, it would be nice if you could upload the image to "mirror" sites, like tinypic, so as not to depend on a single one.

A moment ago it didn't want to load in for me for whatever reason, so I though that could help in this kind of situations.
Tried TinyPic in past, but is distorts / blurs the image too much as does Photobucket but did find that Google Docs keeps the image nice so added a link for that as well.

Thanks. That'll help in case the site gets some trouble again, even if temporal.

This wiki article covers the basic of what lapis is, where to get them, and what they do.

The lv 6 and lv 7 debuff effects are considered independent, so they can..

  1. Debuff Lv6 fail, Debuff Lv7 fail,
  2. Debuff Lv6 succeed, Debuff Lv7 fail,
  3. Debuff Lv6 succeed, Debuff Lv7 succeed, or
  4. Deubff Lv6 Fail, Debuff Lv7 suceed.

Choam is perfectly correct about the debuff activation, anyway the combined effect of a lv6 and lv7 really depends on the lapis type.

I mean for lapis like panic (decrease opponent defense) the effects are stacked and the total defense will be decreased for the sum of both effects; instead for lapis like pain (stun the target) if both effects are activated with same hit, the results will be basically the same of the only lv7 pain.

I'm not saying it is not worth having 2 pain linked, in fact you still get the increase of the success rate.

Since this tread is sticky and easy to find, I want to add Choam's chart about Linking chances:
