if the user got level ban , he can be GS ?

May have forgot to mention in my earlier post, but good luck to all other participants! Let's have some fun with this, haha.

Anyone can be a GS, but you cannot be on any CURRENT Watched or Banned Lists. You also should not get too hopefully if you are prone to 3rd Party Software 3d bans.

what if u got banned for 3 days for a 3rd party but it was accidental and i didnt kno i had it on??? Can u still become a GS?
