I don't know why or even what could cause this, but I know that today I tried to play a game, and all of my commands/buttons were unbound. I set them, but they were still unbound when I attempted to move. When I looked back at the commands, they were all unset/unbound again. Any help/suggestions would be awesome.

Reinstall.

It still isn't working. I've also took a precaution of scanning my computer for anything that might cause this and came up clean... Any help would be awesome.

Try replugging the keyboard and/or restart pc and see that your keyboard is working properly.

*Go through control panels > Shows devices and printers > Your keyboard, right click and run the troubleshooting.

If your keyboard is working still properly then keep trying organizing the buttons back to where they were.

I also think the image would help up a bit more.

These are my ideas though.

Try to set your buttons settings options on a different channel and see if that works.. I have experienced what you just had and done what I just told you and that fixed my problem. If possible, please provide a screenshot as well.
