We discovered the error in the item code for the payout and are resolving this issue immediately as tickets come in. Thank you all who are using the ticket system to expedite the GM staff paying this out

All red gems should have been sent out! However the payout showed us plenty of "Character does not exist" errors meaning the player put their character name in wrong.
