Tickets

is this the new systeme on tickets i tought it was going to be faster to fix tickets with this new Systeme or are you GM's just laughing with us or maybe you guys are just SLOW if i had to work like this at mine JOB i woud be fired in the next 10 min i sended tickets on the first day of EOM that means its 10 day's for me so when are mine tickets gone be done in the year of 2014 ?? i'm realy getting tired of this BS i know ppl that sended tickets day'ssssss after me and they are done already after 24 hrs why the f do i have to wait 10 f day's and its not even done tyvm for waisting mine f time like this

Keep in mind they run a GM Team that is staff for both LC and Shaiya as they work between both games. 10 or so GMs that deal with tickets between two games along with their other duties, meetings, etc they may have going internally.

It's like placing for an item online to be delivered, it takes time. Be patient. It's not the end of the world to wait a few days. If its taking beyond the time frame, ask a GS to forward the ticket or chill and wait.

Also just keep in mind, if a ticket was on hold status you reply back to it, it replace the ticket back into queue, resetting the ticket from the beginning.

Sometimes the best things are always worth the wait, give it some time.

My question is why tickets are not done in order they are received. I've seen many times people getting tickets done who sent them in only a day or two before while many others have had theirs in for a week +.... Day ten and counting here.....

More difficult issues or issues that require more investigation or work often get stalled so that other easier tickets can be quickly resolved and closed out. If tickets were always handled in the order they were received, major pileups would develop. This would be especially true for tickets in Shaiya during their various promos requiring a ticket to redeem.

If a ticket is taking especially long to resolve and you don't know why, you can always ask a GS to talk to a GM about your ticket. Just give a GS from your game your Ticket number and politely ask them to inquire with the GM about what the delay is.

On the other hand, don't repeatedly update or add more replies to the original ticket simply asking for an update. This often will send your ticket to the bottom of the queue as it counts as a newly updated ticket.

I already know all that info, thx though <,<

Any how, there is no reason for these tickets to go past 5 days of waiting. The tickets are normal promotion redeemtion tickets for GM OJs/Enchants/Linking.

Edit: going on day 12 >.>
