Problem when trying to buying speedboost

Getting DB Connection message
Tried several times to us my Aeria points to buy speedboost and got this message:


 
Items are not insertable. DB Connection Problem! Please try again soon!  



Just a note: I have bought speed boost, using Aeria Points, with this account before, numerous times. So it's not a matter of needing to make a new NFSW account through Aeria Games.

Please try to redeem in a separate browser, if that doesn't work you will need to file a ticket.

It seems to have fixed itself overnight as I was able to buy speedboost this morning.
