I've recently submitted a ticket regarding my lost characters.

I migrated my account from ijji to Aeria. When i logon to gunz, it still tells me to create a new character even though I had two high level chars with prems on ijji.

Anyhow i had a response from my ticket -

We've gone ahead and added you to the document for the next set of data
recoveries.

Anyone know how long this is going to take?

Only the GMs would know, but I'll try to talk to one of them about it.
