It seems like you have services running that interfere with your graphics. Try to take the following steps. You can at least focus on the HP parts. And if you make note of what you turn off/on you can always set it back to the previous state:

Click start


In the editbox that appears right above the start button you type: services


Hit return and you will go to the services manager:


Try to disable HP services and other services which may interfere with Shaiya to see which one is responsible. You can do so with right-click: properties.



I hope this helps. It's at least something ON your laptop which interferes with Shaiya. If you know someone irl with decent knowledge of windows, you could ask them to check event logs and other issues such as registry problems.
