Advice for Weight Losing

Any tips on how to lose weight fast? I can't go to gyms, no transportation.

Cut down on the carbs, run every morning, and you should be fine Smile If you can't go to a gym, go to a nearby store and get yourself a home gym set. I run every morning at 7am, workout, and eat around 4 meals a day Very Happy It really helps you stay fit!

Eat More but less...... For example. instead of eating 4 bowls of rice a meal eat 1 small bowl of rice every 2 hours . It will help you digest food at the same time wont caus eyou to starve Smile

Sit ups and Pushups help you become fit. Find a good motivation

Run with friends. Just a simple jog 1 hour a day with your friend can help you lose weight

Avoid Fatty food *carbs*

Get off your butt Very Happy dont be a couch potato Razz

I would not ask on here. I'm not saying that because this is a gaming forum where everyone has no life, but there is no simple best way to lose weight while maintaining your health.

Running is a good start but there is much more to it than that. Workouts depend on the person's lifestyle, age, diet, etc.

Youtube videos can help, but they shouldn't be your first resource either.

I'll just let you be assured that there are thousands of workouts that don't require gym requirement. I began practicing martial arts when I was 13 and you surely learn a lot of workouts that only use your own body weight.

If you truly want to be fit and healthy, find a personal trainer or a medical professional. If you just wanna lose weight fast, go for jogs and cut 500 calories from your normal diet. Do NOT stop eating, might as well stop breathing while you're at it too.

I would just say control your eating habits and do daily exercises such as walking or running ( doesnt have to be that long or intense, casual is fine). Razz

No transportation in Los Angeles is not a valid excuse for not exercising. There are to many parks, bike trails, and sidewalks for you not to get off your lazy arse. Its as simple as turning off your computer and going outside.

P.S. Stop eating that "jack in the box" its making you fat

i live far away from any gyms and i dont feel safe in this neighborhood to go to parks
