I've checked many threads, cleared my cache and now my game is stuck on 13/13 100%

Before this happened, I would constantly freeze in game while loading and be kicked out.

I've changed my flash and changed back because it didn't work. Help!

Possibly you could try using a different browser. Another option would be to restart your computer. I used to have the same problem =) I am now using Internet Explorer. ive never used Firefox. Chrome seemed to work fine on the game. hope i helped!

Internet explored doesn't work either. Firefox isn't working either.

o.o Update your flash. And go to plug-ins. Some Browser tends to have more than one flash so it will cause flash crashes, long scripting and etccc. So you have to remove one. >-<

I tried all of them, none worked. It's stuck on loading template 13

Try updating your browser, flash player AND java. Also if you have any programs that use flash players to operate you need to update them also.

For example if you use something like real player you need to update that also.

Any program that uses flash or works with it (weather you intend it too or not) will inter fer with flash if it is out of date and incompatible with your version of flash player.

Also make sure you do not have different versions of flash player or jave running at once as they will interfere with one another.

Also can try clearing internet cache, as it does sometimes solve similar related problems.

Are you able to get in?

I think out just worked! I think it might have been that I had two versions of Java installed
