I am completely disappointed in the treatment of aeria team regarding the ban.
I sent them a reply to BanReason they gave me and I told them I did not do the thing they thought I did and I told them it was a mistake.
They gave me the same answer all the time and then they wrote me that I be marked as spam and not tortured me more.
In short I am still angry and sad about the ban is that they gave no real reason for my main account.

Okay when filing a Ban Appeal you are supposed to do it once. More than once will be result in your tickets filed as spam. Also check with the email that your account was made on.An email is usually sent with the reason of why it was banned.
