When you are a Lt mayor and you want to do quests or Melee.
1. When you do that you see that the words are Grey and dont do a thing.
2. You want to do other things example: your Garden it is also Grey.
3. Some of this Game NPC,S Function,s appears to be White for example: the black smith - function - Temper.
4. And i saw once if you are a Recruit and you do your second quest you get stuck.
