Is there any People of Aeria here?

I got allot of Questions.

My Question are:
- Why are the new Players of D.W. Bugged?
- When is this Bug Fixed?
- How long will it take?
- What can you do if it,s not fixed?
- Should we make another new character? ( wont work anyway )
- Can you Explain how this bug came?
- Can you tell why this Bug is so anoying?

This bug has been there for about a week now, it's really irritating. We don't know when it's going to be fixed. I thought it would be fixed by the last maintenance but appears not. So I'm guessing it'll be fixed next year sometime .-.
