Ihave really good tiered spender around january i think...in january i bought ap for $60 and i got 2 permm items...buts its gonna becuz my acc got hacked....i think that the best time.......but u should wait until the right time is for you.

The X-max tiered spender just finished recently so there will be a little while since a new one will come. Just keep checking the forums for announcements regarding the Tier spenders. Try to check after maintences too as usually they are created during those times.
