Thanks Dahaka. I am able to find afk solo in raid but it's an unnecessary feature, I find when the exp is so low, just makes it harder.

You can only do new Raid on the third sub-server.  


I know this but seeing as i am mostly on V5 they would have to come to V5 to be able to whisper me since i dont really pay attention to world chat.
