As it says in the title, why can't i personalize characters now? I really like how the game looks now, since when i started playing (Back in 2009) there were many difficulties for new players to progress in the game, specially when it came to getting equipment and money. I like the game how it is now, but i only have that simple question. Thanks in advance for any good response.

Only way at the moment that you can change your appearance is with an Appearance Change Scroll, but otherwise during character creation you won't be able to. No one knows if its a bug or permanent change they did.
