Wow 6 whole hours, how patient. Perhaps you can spend a wee bit of time reading the promotion, which states,

"Items will be sent to your character's MAIL BOX. You will have 3 days to redeem the item from your mail box before it disappears. If you do not receive the prize within 10 business days from the promotion date end, and you are sure that you qualified please submit a new RT to inform us."

Only 9 days and 18 hours left before you panic .
