Cant take the guard test

for some reason the game isn't letting anyone do the test and i've been on about 4 hours and nothing has been done to fix it...plz help if u can?

How much honor you got? Anyway, you need at least 200 honor to take the Guard Test.

I can't take the guard test either and I have 201 honor. Beyond that, it wont let me do any kinds of quests :/

Can't take the guard test

Bugged?
I can't take any quests and I can't join any battles even I have 205 honor. Please, fix it quickly b4 anyone else notices it. =D
