for anyone who can help me i ordered an item from the item mall and never recieved it. the website said it was delivered and I logged into game and it was not there says i didnt order anything but it subtracted ap from me. thanks

Just checking the obvious before you send a ticket.

If you are on OS then check both your bank and your gift box. If you are on Phoenix then check your gift box.

Also, make sure you have logged off and then back on.

If the item is still not there then a ticket is your only option.
