My old account being "Pandora247" does not exist, for some reason it says "blocked due to violation of terms of service" but I never did anything to get banned? O.o

Anyway, I heard from someone that during my inactivity in the game something happened where people pretty much had to RSVP to keep their accounts. Dunno what the f that's about lol.
Is their any way I could get my account back?
How should I word a ticket were I to send one.

Apparently is was a mandatory password reset, and because I failed to reset my password on time my account got banned? Is this fixable or is my account gone for good?

It is fixable, you will need to submit a Ban Appeal however in order to do it.

You will need the following info:

• Account Name (the one that is "gone")
  
• The email address associated with the account.
  
• The game, which should be Shaiya in English
  
• The primary server you were playing on
  
• The name of one of your toons on that server, usually the one you used the most
  
• For Subject, something along the lines of "Recover old account"
  
• For Message, list as much information about your account that you can remember. This is helpful in determining the authenticity of the user requesting the reactivation of the account.
  

It could take a while to get the account open, keep checking your email and ticket status. Some accounts have been reactivated in as little as 24 hours, while others took days. Remember the more info about the account you can supply, the easier it is for AGE to verify its yours.
