i'm very confuse,because i download this game so long and i download again,and i try to update and the time to update is 10.8 hours so very long,can you help me buddy please

Well first off if you didn't try deleting it, and i mean uninstalling the game completely, then using a program such as ccleaner to clean up everything "including your registry" i suggest you do that first. If the next time it hangs it may be one of several things. Although your internet speed seems to be fast, I would then suggest to check for any malware using a program like malwarebytes to attempt to make sure that your computer is ok, and then try this thread for more information regarding your problem.
