Regarding Siras town in Dratan

Now i know this is extremely old and no one will have any idea what i'm talking about since most people just get plvl'd now but I will provide a few SS's so you know what i'm referring to. There use to be an NPC here and a few of us believed they would implement something in this location when the new Dratan map was released. That was not the case and we never received anything.

I think it would be nice to use this area as a gateway for a new low event of some sort( Let's use a raid for an example) .

It could have NPC's that deal special items for the raid.
-Mercenary Silver Fox Summon Useable for 10 runs
-Mountable Salamander Usable for 10 runs

Once you enter the raid it would have mobs specially designed for parties with massive HP so it would be impossible to solo Surprised

These monsters will have special skills that implement the Fire,Water,Earth,Wind,Light, and Dark damage system. Dealing after affects If you don't have the required resistance to withstand them Very Happy

You're asking what is this noob possibly talking about? Well this raid will have special special sealed armor and weapons specifically designed for this raid that you will have to fight for vigorously to obtain so you can survive and take out monsters.

You must use your knowledge of the elements to defeat the creatures as the type of elemental damage the monster does they will also become resistant to. Lets say the monster is a fire type you would need both fire resistance and water damage to take this monster down efficiently. Luckily for you, you will have a full party to help you with this challenging feat.

The boss will be something very unexpected. What could possibly be unexpected? Well let's just say you will have to fight a Doppelganger of every player in your party. Having to use special weapons and gear and know what type of gear the original party member is using. 'Fellowship Inspect comes to play' 'Fellowship icons can be used to identify players resistance type'

FYI: This wasn't what I was planning when i started writing this topic but it was fun writing it and using all these fancy colors. Would be nice to have some fun low level content to kill some time. Very Happy

/Hand over face.

I likey the idea. I chill at that place though.. but yea, could be quite useful to use.

The NPC there, was renamed to "UK", he was no-named. (UK mean't Unknown, when Ozymandias tried to go through all the strings and correct them)

The NPC was eventually removed because it had no purpose. Although I imagine at one point back in the day there were probably plans but they were scratched. But yes I agree I would like to see something done with this long forgotten town, preferably something to tie it into the storyline encouraging players to travel to that location.

I like the concept of a realm dungeon and implementing the elements system would be great.

Support, if at least, for change.

Lol I remember the NPC, I was like level 40 when this place came out and I thought I had to do some quest and I was eventually going to get to talk to him. But, never happened.

Regarding Siras town in Dratan

Ahhh I have fond memories of that gentleman. NightingGale and I would run guild events that were fashioned after road rallys. We would put senior members of the guild at various points throughout Iris to act as checkpoints. Checkpoint A would whisper a clue to each participant to direct them to checkpoint B and so on. We always put a checkpoint at this NPC. It was hilarious to watch guildies run all over Hells Half Acre trying to find "No Name". But it did teach them the lay of the land and they were always well rewarded for their efforts.

Hah...

Facts:

1.) Did you know LC has feature where you can ZOOM into character and turn them left or right at character selection but has never been enabled?

2.) Did you know that there are Faction NPC which can fight for you or with you but never been added into game?

3.) Did you know that "Secret Squad Sword Walker" Used to be known as "Secret Society swordsman"?

4.) Did you know that there are currently 21 disabled skills and 32 unused skills for LC which have never made useable by public yet?

5.) Did you know there was a skill added long back in 2007 called "invincible mode" which makes character take no damage for 6 seconds and never been used?

There also seems to be some ruins in the southwest of Juno that seem to serve no purpose.

And one of the Heretic camps in Mondshine - the one closest to the center of the map - doesn't seem to have any purpose. There's no quest that requires going there, and no reason for you to ever go there, unless you feel like killing mobs that aren't going to offer anything you haven't already seen before...

So many mysteries in this game...
