Sounds like something goofed during the installation process. Try these steps

1) Uninstall Ignite
2) Go to C:\ProgramData and delete the Aeria Games file
3) Go to C:\ Program Files\Aeria Games and delete the Ignite file
4) Reinstall Ignite
