***As a reminder... you can ONLY upgrade your weapon in the order of the flow chart above, from left to right. ***
For example, if you currently possess x2 Engraving PSG-1's, you will only be able to upgrade to the Dragon PSG-1 as that is the very next weapon in line. If you should possess x2 Dragon PSG-1's, you will only be able to upgrade to the Gold PSG-1, as that is the very next weapon in line. Etc... The same process applies for all weapons listed in the above image.

Please also keep in mind: WE DO NOT UPGRADE BASIC VERSIONS OF THE FN FAL, M4, AK OR PSG-1. This is ONLY for the weapons in the graph above.

Please follow these steps accordingly to Upgrade your Weapon successfully!

Step 1 – Purchase the Weapon Upgrade Item

• Purchase the Weapon Upgrade item from the Item Mall by clicking the link below.

• Click on the “add to cart” option under the Weapon Upgrade item idon.
  

In order to purchase the item, it will require 99 AP.

Step 2 – Confirm Your Purchase

• Now that you have the Weapon Upgrade item in your cart, confirm your purchase by selecting the “Purchase” option in your cart history. You will then receive a placeholder item (Spray Can)

Step 3 – Requesting Your Upgrade

• Once you have purchased and can confirm you have successfully purchased your Weapon Upgrade, you will be linked to your account’s purchase history.
  

You will receive a placeholder item, "Spray Can 4 1Day". This is just meant to confirm your purchase. Don't worry if/when this item expires.

• The status should say it has been delivered, meaning the item was successfully purchased. In order to complete the final transaction for this process, you are required to send in an RT in the following format.
  

Subcategory – Other Soldier Front in English Subject - Weapon Upgrade Your Account Name (Login ID) The guns you are you turning in. (Must have 2 of them as PERMs) The gun you’d like in return. (Must correspond with the flow chart, you will receive upgraded 1 PERM)

Since this is an RT, the response time is the usual 24-48 hours.

Step 4 – Delivering Your New Upgraded Weapon

• After submitting your request as detailed above, you will just need to wait for a reply. Typical turn around time can be expected to be anywhere from 24-48 hours.
  
• After the upgrade has been completed you will receive a confirmation.

FAQs

Why only these guns? What about the FN FAL, Uzi, HK-16?
The M4A1, AK-74 and PSG-1 are the most popular and most developed weapon lines. We decided to start with these weapon series because of this. As we receive more updates and more guns, we will continue to update and add to this Weapon Upgrade System, to not only include more guns but also more of the weapon lines.

Can we downgrade weapons to receive the weapon below? Like turn in 2 Gold M4A1s to receive 1 Cutie M4A1?
This is currently not a service we provide through the Weapon Upgrade System. We are only offering the forward progression of weapons, though we may possibly add this feature in the future.

When upgrading our weapon, can we upgrade to whichever gun we like?
We will be unable to fulfill any special requests regarding this particular Weapon Upgrade System. You MUST have 2 of the same Permanent guns, and they will be removed from your account for the very next gun in line (immediately to the right of it in the flow chart). You will only receive 1 Permanent gun in return. There are no exceptions or substitutions in this system.

Why are the newest guns not included in the flow chart? When will they be available?
The newest guns cannot be obtained through the Weapon Upgrade System. This is to protect the rarity and value of such guns. But as we continue to update and add more guns to the game, we will also continue to update this system and add more guns. Not just adding more of the newer guns to the list, but also adding more gun series into the system.

What would I receive when upgrading a [b]regular M4A1, or AK-74 or PSG-1?[/b]
Those guns are not included in the Weapon Upgrade System. The original M4A1, AK-74 and PSG-1 cannot be upgraded to ANY of the guns in this list. Only guns on this list can be upgraded, and they can only be upgraded to the very next gun in line.
