I can't find this akira quest I hear about it can someone explain how I get it where it is what I get from it how many items I get from it and is there limit for those items (eg 1 item per day) I get from it thanks

Don't worry, all the Akira quests are automatic and appear sequentially after you complete each one.

Items/Rewards are mentioned here and you get 1 of each only once.
