Hello, guys . Even if I know my account name and acc. password, I can`t play because I forgot my character password. I tried to change it and others like this, but it doesn`t work . And I didn`t find anything which could help me with this problem, on the site . What do you suggest ? Do you know any ways to change or find my character password ? ( I`m not sure if I tried all the possibilities )

I suggest you to post in your game section, since not many games (I don't know any) have password for characters, but if it is a feature of the game you play, other players may know the solution.

There is suggested to send a ticket to ask GM for a removal of the password. To do so you can use this link: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/support and select Grand Fantasia (english) as game and explain your issue in the text message.
