Account Expired

My mothers account was banned due to inactivity
My mothers aeria account where her aeria points were, was banned due to inactivity, she did not receive the email asking if she wanted to keep her account active, how do we remedy this so she may keep playing aeria games. She cannot send a ban appeal because she played domo and it is gone now, and is not playing a current game. The ban appeals require a game to be played, perhaps a main aeria games selection is an idea.

She can select the game she has intention to play or use a different account and send a ticket to billing.
