pando would be your best soloable area, but you need semi-decent gear to manage that at 50.

dd2 would be your best plvl spot. jungle and dd1 are also fine for plvl at 50, as is the high level areas of pando.

Again, I agree, that is a great link. You can find mobs for solo, or plvl, or party.
