i can just agree with lotihoti..
about both classes:
-movement speed is a bad joke.. i mean.. running with a basicspeed of 6... 7 with chakra?
-haste and haste2: how lotihoti said, they should be self buffs. i can see infront of the arena 2 - 3 witches their onliest job is to buff other toons. what will be happen if they cant do it anymore?
-the lvl 152 passive skill, intellegenze of mage increase 10 to intelligence. i mean, what are 10 intelligence on lvl 152? better u lvl to 155 and set the stats on int and u can keep the gold for the skill. so if the effect will be percentage or almost the thenfold of the current effect, it would be better.
especially for witch:
-parasite: its a funny skill yea but useless.. i played my witch til 161 atm and i havent EVER used that skill to lvl, the dmg they do isnt worth to cast it.. an improvement would be a controll function with an explode at the end.
-epidemic and burning flame: both skills are dot (demage over time) and really nice on low lvl but i cant really feel them on mobs for example in tarian.. both skills should also be percentage, but than both skills re over powerered caus of the cooldown (9 sec) and the power (epidemic on skill lvl 7 has a power of 600 and burning flame a power of 700, both skills have got 10 skill lvl so, that would be a bit too heavy) so both skills should be edited a bit like my advice.
-decay: decreases hr but u cant really feel it like deludet of darknes (155 set skill) so, decay should work better.
-fallen stat: yea.. fallen stat xD u can spam fallen stat on a toon in arena and say: "look, the disco lights.." but also that skill sould have more effect. it has no effect in pve and IF some of my advices became edited, fallen stat can also remain a pvp skill.
