Then the game froze and the bug report screen came up. Then my AP was deducted and my stuff was not delivered. Why does this have to happened and now I am stuck whether to risk buy the stuff again or to wait for then to pay me. I know SH17 Happens but this Sh!t has to be fixed man. I need those gems I purchased and I want it to count towards my December chibai rewards promo.

All I can say is take a screen shot before you make purchases.

Well, calibur is on here, but he seems to be on the technical team. Maybe the GMs just need to introduce themselves to the forums and then we know what kind of team we're working with.

This also happens to me before several times... just sent a ticket bro they will deliver it during next maintenance and i think if u spent it during promo period u will automatic qualified..
But tyes they really need to fix this its annoying.. cuz i manage to capture screenshots at my buggs but its annoying indeed

I could not resist but to spend all my APs again but this time all went thru ok. I think I must buy those gems by type not get all different types of gems in one purchase.. I don't know and I was thinking of buying the big 90 point wardrobe for 3200AP luckily I didnt 32 bucks gone wardrobe lost in transition waiting till the next so call payment. I am still waiting for my armories and the ores I purchased nearly a year ago. Seems like they wont be able to pay those out. Hpefully I can get my gems I paid for..............

How on earth do you expect to your customer to take before and after screenshots of the purchases. It is not viable backlash. Do you take photos of your car engine before you get your car service everytime, and if sh!t happens you have the prove it was like before? Of course we don't because we don't expect these things to go wrong and causes us inconveniences. Imagine everytime I buy my gear from my dealer I would have to take a photo? In real life if I do that to a dealer they will put a cap in me for sure........ I took my screenshot after at the bug screen not before. My magic crystal ball did not tell me to save a screen shot at that specific purchase. :P
I guess I would have to polish my balls...getting murky!!!

On contrary, We Thank You, GS Backlash for helping and at least try to pester those gm to pay us and fix bugs. Cheers

Well we actually cant confirm they aren't doing something about it from ppl just posting on forum. there are more people that prob experience this with SS and sent in tickets and maybe some GS's testing it buying random crap to see if it goes away while recording(at least i hope) since this is a major issue. Aeria staff dont necessary suck they just tend to put alot of the community in bad customer situations, from time to time they do correct it and the effort to fix it is there somewhere. But that issue scared me off from promo this weekend.
