banned account!!! please help!!!!

my account is banned, and i dont know why!!
I haven't played Shaiya in a while (about a week) and when i logged in it said unrecognized user i tried changing the password and now it says Sorry, your account was blocked due to a violation of our terms and services. Please help me!!! i really want to play Shaiya!!!

You are not missing much since the Shaiya server crashes just about everyday now. Whatever you were doing while on your break from Shaiya go back to doing it.

Responses can take 24 to 48 hrs (on weekends there's less staff in)... Check the status of ur ticket here

If you do not recieve a response after that go to the Shayia shoutbox and have one of the Game Sages there pass your ticket for a gm.
