Devs to work directly with the client

To improve the client - dev relationship
Here is my suggestion,

I would like aeria to make a public report tracker system(or ask the devs to make) for the bugs and suggestions, where the trackers could be opened, forwarded, locked, deleted or rejected by the Devs/GM(same as the RT System).

On these system people can submit RT for the active bugs, where a dev can look into it and make a patch or post a reason why the system is like that or some news on the bug/suggestion. Same would be for suggestions.

This would mean for the devs to split its team into 2(1 for fixing bugs problems, I think 3-4 people would be enough and 1 for implementing new content/suggestions).

I think making the devs work directly with the client will improve client developer relations and the game content.
