Account has been blocked please help

im a cbt player and just want to play again granfantasia before my account was blocked when i try to log in my account but i forgot my password so i tried several pass i used but fail so i used to FORGOT PASSWORD OPTION and got a new password and when i try to log in now it say my account is blocked

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with this, but you might check it out and see. They did a sweep for accounts with possible security problems, so the password change might be something that set off a flag in the system? Send in an RT and I'm sure they'll help.

Oh, and you shouldn't put your email on the forums. Surprised
