Will boss battles be repeatable?

by quests does it mean story chapters/episodes btw? coz for me they still show 100% completed and i can go as far as i want in any completed episode. And i dont think it applies to the bosses since after i finished watching the boss animation again and it took me straight to the next act's 1st episode.
