The prs+28 30days that i got from ftb pack, won't work on my weapon. A message will appear saying (Unable to upgrade due to the differences in levels.) So I'm wondering do I have to be the same level as my weapon to use the prs +28 (I'm level 102 and the weapon level is 97.) But this hasn't happened before with a prs+28 because that's just weird.

I sent a RT 2 days ago and another today. Not much help from them at all

Send an RT to game support through the contact us link and explain to them the prs isn't working.

if you sent an rt already just wait a while. you can also check the status of your ticket under http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/tickets. you will see the progress in there and im sure they will check and sort things out. good luck

Don't send new tickets until old ones have been dealt with, it puts you back at the end of the line.
