on the forums each game has dedicated sections. Every game has a General Discussion. Sometimes referenced as Gen Discussion and can be a catch all.

Wutevz game you play, either LC or Shaiya, navigate to the forum's section known as General Discussion and you can find a form for payout there. Its a structure you learn fast here at aeria.
