PRS+28 30 DAY FROM FTB WONT WORK

Every time I try to use it on my lvl 97 wizard staff it keeps saying (Unable to upgrade due to the differences in level) That's never happened before with a normal PRS+28.
Please Help!!! <3

Hey

You need to send a RT and get the PRS's changed. This also happened to me

Your signature is wayyyy too big

Also could you please Screenshot the PRS?
