i reinstalled VC, but this message still on my screen when i entered the game -,-

1 - Download NET FrameWork Series of
2 - Install the C Runtime Install "from Google search for"
3 - Reload, c + + runtime "from Google search for the
4 - DirectX 9.0c compatible Vistadaki download maybe not.
5 - Graphics Card, Master card up to date.


and Windows c++2005 downloading.
