Which means they call it a Dress Code, not free dress. My school has "uniforms" but we get to choose from a variety of formal attire. Technically it's a Dress Code.

yeah. I'm pretty sure no secondary school has a completely "free" dress. My guess it's "free" as long as it doesn't in so way promote ***, drugs, violence, or crime.

But at which point do they start counting you as an adult. People stop being tried in Juvenile court here at the age of 13
