yes this is the problem and with my low hp i think it will be very hard since seeker attack is pretty high

Seekers have magic attack, so as long as your armor is +15 you cant get more def anyway.

I would advise you to fake attack the seeker, such that the spirits will have a target and tank the seekers the first way for you. Dont do earth spirit skill (its useless here)

Just when the earth spirit is about to die, use JoW to keep the seeker stoned, while you resummon the earth spirit.

All the while, use you all 4 skills and ice spike 2 to slow the seeker down, such that the seeker is not able to hit you (kiting).

hum nice idea i didnt thought about a kiting gameplay
i will try if i can do something good or i will level at chapel

Just to say, im not going to try to kill a seeker...
157+16 and i do only 25k damage on a chapel monster with my 102 skill...(without buff but 25k anyway)
with 100% casting up if i do 25k damage per skill i will need 40 skill to kill 1 seeker lol
(talking about the 102 because thats skill is very fast with haste 2.2)
