Send this in on a ticket if you have lost the items and they didnt just expire on their own regular count down during the time servers were down.
As for being relocated to Karis, if this is your factions castle, it is not a big issue, if this is not your factions castle and you feel that your toon is at risk trying to get out past the guards or other players include that on your ticket.
