For Grand Fantasia:

Overall, so pleased--the GM's care a lot and have been consistently making improvements.

My one criticism for GF at this time: PM, please update the Underground Gold Shop. Or at least please respond to the numerous replies to the Gold Shop thread asking for why it hasn't been updated in a month.

For Aeria Overall:

Please give the Billing department some assistance and priority. So very many people have problems with, for example, PayPal. PayPal customers pay with their PayPal account, PayPal tells them the payment was sent, and errors abound somewhere between PayPal and Aeria. There are literally people asking for Aeria to take their money. While i totally appreciate security being top priority, it seems that next priority should be to make it easy for people to spend their money.

As for the recent bans due to "high risk accounts" well, i'd rather see people need to do a simple Account Recovery ticket for this, than for it to be due to a hack. It's a pain, yes, but certainly less messy than security risks.

1) Fix the server crashes

2) Listen to the players

3) Sort out the contract agreement you make with the devs in order to give you some sway

4) Listen to the players

5) Only make a suggestion thread/poll if you intend to listen to people

6) Listen to the players.

Here is an idea that has been thrown in there before, allow a GM from shaiya to enter the game and play it as a player, absolutely no punches pulled, the full experience as a player, no GM abilities.

Been said before, didn't lead anywhere fast.

i agree with your last point, they need to see the game for themselves.

^ +100000. A lot of people have problems with the PayPal chargebacks and transactions. Something you should work on.
